Sparkly, colorful, glamorous...

There were so many booths, bloggers, make-up artists, non make-up artists at the New York City IMATS. If you enjoy makeup then you would have loved this event.  With all the lines and masses of people, I managed to snag some good deals on beautifully discounted cosmetics. All booths were offering a discount on their products so it made it totally justifiable to stock UP!;) All items above are as follows:

1. Eve Pearl- Dual Salmon Concealer (this baby is Emmy Award winning people...)

5. Yaby Cosmetics Eyeshadow- es585 Golden Age

6. Yaby Cosmetics Eyeshadow- es048 Bark

7. LA Splash Cosmetics- Eyeshadow Sealer/Base

8. LA Splash Cosmetics- Eye glitter in Pacific Sand

9. LA Splash Cosmetics- Nail Art Glitter in Pink Wonderland

10. LA Splash Cosmetics- Nail Art Glitter in Gold Nugget

11. LA Splash Cosmetics- Nail Polish in Blowfish Yellow

12. Velour Mink Eyelashes- The Extra Oomph

All of these products I adore and would completely recommend!

Designer Dupe!

Bracelets are one of my favorite jewelry items so I'm always on the lookout for great stackable pieces to add to my collection.  I've had my eye on the Marc Jacobs rubber bracelets but had a hard time justifying spending $32 on one bracelet.  These are the equivalent yet classier, adult version of the trendy Silly Banz bracelets that were all the craze last year. Today, I was in my local Dollar General, right by the checkout stand and spotted these awesome dupes! They are $2....SO PUMPED! I had to get all of the colors, I just couldn't pass them up. Check out your local DG to grab these cuties!

Photoshopping...

This is my nephew Sutton...cutie huh? Well, sometimes photos just don't capture that energy and life that you see in person. Adding visual interest to a 2dimensional photo is important for an image to achieve the "awwws, and ohhhs"! By using Photoshop, I have made sure that I focus on composition, contrast, focal point, light and color.  Disclaimer: I am NOT a professional photographer. Photo editing is something I enjoy as a Graphic Designer and by using some blurring, cropping, color adjusting and contrasting tools I think these turned out much improved! I love how they turned out, and I love my nephew:)
