Hi All! So...I just purchased these shoes yesterday and i'm already really obsessed with them. I must admit, it has taken me quite a while to jump on the wedge sneaker bandwagon. My first impression of them were that they super ugly and marshmallow like. Charisse has slowly convinced me that I just needed to take this trendy plunge, so I did and i'm SO excited to wear these puppies in the Fall. They are incredibly edgy and cool! I love the multiple straps for lots of texture and the loose tongue that can be pulled out to create a really relaxed look. My friend Mel had told me that there were a lot of shoes on sale at Target so I had to check out what they had. I saw these, tried them on and I couldn't put them down, part of me wanted to just keep them on and walk out with them on! Ok, not really...BUT they are so very very comfortable, they give you a nice lift like a heel but it's concealed in a tennis shoe! They are extremely nice quality and they are pretty well known in the fashion world as a very accurate and considerably cheaper dupe for the Isabel Marant wedge sneakers that are a fan of the celebrities (as seen in photos above) Even chic mommies like Bey and Mrs. Orlando Bloom rock them effortlessly. I love the idea of pairing these with colored skinnies, boyfriend jeans, or leather leggings for a comfy, casual outfit. I really think everyone needs these, or a version of, in your closet! If I can't convince you, check out one of my favorite beauty bloggers HRH Collection's blog post about them.
