New Business Cards- Part 1.

Charisse and I have been working on some new business cards and since we live in different states, I'm working on Part 1 and we are adding even more to these sparkly gems. Charisse will be posting her portion of the project in Part 2. So excited so be sharing some of our Graphic Design work incorporated into our blog!

On this sunny, 75 degree Colorado day, I decided I was in the mood for spring and bright colors!  I love pairing like colors but of a different tone. My shirt is more of a true coral color while my capris are more of a neon coral.  Adding pops of turquoise made the look a little less monochromatic and livened it up a little (as if the bright colors needed more life, but hey, thats how I do! :).  Have a lovely day, wherever you are!

Graphic Design + Fashion = Me Happy

I love the idea of Pantone (the universal color system) influencing the fashion world.  The Pantone name is known worldwide as the standard language for color communication from designer to manufacturer to retailer to customer. They name a color of the year, every year and for 2013 it's the beautiful jewel tone: Emerald. The color will be popping up in stores near you in jewelry, apparel, accessories, home trends & beauty. Double dose of Designer Dupe!

The first Designer Dupe we have for you today is the extremely coveted Celine bag. These bags can range from $500 to $3000!? I don't know about you guys but you will never see me spending that much on a purse. But today, thanks to our sister-in-law's eye, you can get this extremely similar one for $83.30! I personally do not own this bag but can assure you, purchasing items from ShopLately before, that the quality will not disappoint. The size, shape, and lines seem extremely comparable to the Celine back that is easily 35 times as much!

The second Designer Dupe for today in the Alexander Wang Rocco bag. I am beyond in love with this bag and have used it now for over 2 years. It really does go with most things in my wardrobe. Its shape, build, and hardware has almost exact qualities to the Rocco bag. I purchased this bag on Ebay for around $50 and the Rocco bag will run you around $900! Unfortunately the seller I bought it from is no longer selling this bag but there are several others I have seen on Ebay if you just search for "stud bottom bag".  Hope you enjoyed this double dose of Designer Dupes on Super Bowl Sunday!
